A New Triptico Website

Thank you for visiting the brand new Triptico website – with its brand new blog – and brand new collection of interactive resources!

The website has many new features – all of which will be examined in more detail on the blog over the next few weeks. Here are a few of the new features that you can begin using right away:

  • Groups

You can create a group and invite colleagues (in your school or around the world) to join it. Your group will be given a shared folder and any activities that are dragged into the folder will be instantly available to everybody in the group.

An improved and incredibly simple way to share activities and ideas.

  • Activity Stream

Your activity stream will keep you up to date with the latest Triptico news, as well as informing you of group activity and listing your recently created resources.

You can also use the activity stream to ask questions and to share ideas.

The new activity stream is a great place to ask questions and share ideas.

  • Your Saves

With the new website, all of your activities are now collected in a single place. This should make finding, launching, editing, sharing and managing activities easier than ever.

The Triptico Blog has also been redesigned and improved. It will be a place to learn about new features and new ideas for using the resources.

(Note: If you would be interested in writing a post for the blog then please let me know.)

You will also see that the Triptico Resources have been completely redesigned and rebuilt. Here are some of things you will see:

  • Menu

The new resources have a brand new menu system – allowing you to view the menu whenever required and to hide it away when not (leaving you and your students with the maximum screen space possible to engage with the resources).

This menu – and the buttons within it – will be standardised across all of the resources making Triptico even easier to use.

The new Triptico menu (shown here with the new version of ‘Word Magnets’) can be viewed / hidden as required.
  • Fonts

Font support has been dramatically improved on the new resources. You can now choose whichever font works best for your subject, your students and for the language you are working in.

You can create Triptico activities in the language of your choice.

  • Even More Customisation

It has always been easy to customise Triptico’s resources to perfectly suit the requirements of your classroom – and now this has been further improved. For example, why not try adding a background image to one of your timers to link it perfectly to the topic you are teaching?

Add image backgrounds to your resources for extra customisation and personalisation.

That is just a taste of the many new features that you will find at the completely rebuilt and revitalised tripticoplus.com – as ever, if you have any questions or feedback or if there is anything that I can do to help then please let me know.

I hope that you will enjoy creating interactive learning activities with the new site!
